Graduation Fair

Wednesday – March 13, 10am – 3pm

Barrington Student Union Lobby

 

Your one stop shopping for all your commencement needs.

 

  • Pre-Order your regalia & diploma frame that day and save 10% (about a $16.00 savings). Caps & Gowns must be pre-ordered by April 3 to arrive in time for Commencement. Seniors will be notified when regalia is ready for pick up. Caps, gowns, tassels, hoods, etc. are non-refundable once your order is processed.
  • Get your Portrait Photo taken wearing regalia with Prestige Photography by Lifetouch. Portraits will be taken in your own business attire and cap and gown. Cap/gown attire will be provided. Don't forget that you can use these portraits for your professional network and job search sites.
  • Order your class ring with Jostens from 10am-3pm and save up to $150 off of your ring
  • Show how proud you are of your accomplishments with a Yard Sign
  • The following departments will be available to answer any questions: Alumni Relations, Career Services, Commencement Committee, Financial Aid, Graduate & Continuing Education & One Stop.
  • SUNY Potsdam also recognizes Native American traditional attire and military dress uniforms as acceptable regalia for Commencement. 

You will be able to order your regalia at the Graduation Fair. If you are not able to attend the Graduation Fair, you can order it through the College Store website.

Caps, gowns, tassels, hoods, etc. are non-refundable once your order is processed.

Wednesday – March 13: Graduation Fair

Wednesday – April 3: Deadline to pre-order regalia

Commencement Day:

 Saturday – May 18: We will be open 8:30am – 3pm
